PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for evaluating a microcomputer incorporating a non-volatile memory by using an existing circuit. SOLUTION: When it is detected that the addressing of the non-volatile memory area of an RAM 12 is operated by a decoder 13, a pulse signal with prescribed width (for example, 5 msec) is generated by a timer 15. A buffer circuit 17 is inversely operated according to the pulse signal, and data rewritten in the non-volatile memory area are inverted by a buffer circuit 17, and transferred to a microcomputer only in a prescribed time (for example, 5 msec). Thus, it is possible to apparently use a non-volatile memory by using the RAM 12 by inverting the data of the RAM 12, and transferring the data only in the prescribed time. |
