<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the maintenance of an X-ray generator easily. SOLUTION: In an X-ray foreign matter inspection device to inspect foreign matter in an object to be inspected with x-rays, a hood 2 housing an X-ray generator 1 in the inside and to shield leakage X-rays is provided, the hood 2 is movable with respect to the X-ray generator 1, and a gap between the inner surfaces of the hood 2 and the outer surfaces of the X-ray generator 1 is constituted as a ventilation passage. As the hood 2 is constituted of the functions of movability, cooling, and X-ray shielding, it is possible to access and maintain the X-ray generator 11 easily. By this, it is possible to simplify a constituting part covering the X-ray generator 1, to provide a constitution in which access to the X-ray generator 1 is easy at the time of maintenance, to facilitate the maintenance of the X-ray generator 1, and to lighten the overall device.</p> |
