PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and safely execute authentication to a server even from a terminal without the input means of a password, by allowing a terminal and an authentication auxiliary server to mutually communicate to unitedly and automatically generate a password for logging-in an application server. SOLUTION: A first terminal 3 is a FAX equipment without an inputting device for inputting a password. The authentication auxiliary server 5 mutually communicates with a first terminal 3 so as to unitedly and automatically generate the password for logging-in the mail server 7. At the time of receiving the password, the server 7 retrieves a user data base within the server 7, executes authentication with a user ID and the password and when authentication is formed, transmits connection permission to the first terminal 3. Thereby, authentication to a server is automatically executed even from the terminal 3 without the input means of a password. |
