PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an image flowing from occurring because a talc contained in transfer material adheres to a photoreceptor drum functioning as an image carrier and a low resistance substance is produced at the time of forming an image in high-humidity environment. SOLUTION: This electrophotographic recorder having an image forming device provided with a series of processes that the image is formed on the image carrier 2, transferred to the transfer material 11 by a transfer means 10 and fixed by a fixing means 14, and an engine control part 19 arranged under the image forming device and equipped with a high-voltage circuit for supplying power to the image forming device, is equipped with partition parts 21 and 27 partitioning between the image forming device and the control part 19. Then, a ventilating hole 22 through which air gets in/out is formed at a part of the partition parts, and hot air generated from the control part 19 is sent to the image forming device side through the hole 22, so that the image carrier 2 is heated and the humidity near the image carrier 2 is lowered. |
