SOLUTION: A music data storage means 2 is stored with music data consisting of performance data on music and the standard singing time of the singing parts in the music data, a music playing means 3 plays the music according to the music data, and a standard singing time readout means 4 reads the standard singing time out of the music data; and a singing time detecting means 5 detects a singing time according to the voice inputted by a voice input means 1, a singing speed evaluated value calculating means 6 compares the detected singing time with the read standard singing time and calculates a singing speed evaluated value for the inputted voice according to the comparison result, and a singing speed evaluated value display means 7 displays the calculated singing speed evaluated value. |
