PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk-like recording medium and a reproducing device for preventing the preparation of an illegally duplicated disk-like recording medium from a disk-like recording medium in which chargeable software is recorded. SOLUTION: This reproducing device of a disk-like recording medium comprises a first spiral shaped track 2 recording main information and address information 2a and a second track 3 recording information different from the main information in the recording area of the first track 2 from which the second track is separated, the reproducing device has a track jumping means from the first track 2 to the second track 3 based on the address information 2a, a track jumping means from the second track 3 to the first track 2 after reading out information different from the main information and a transfer preventing means for preventing the transfer of the main information recorded in the first track 2 to the outside of the reproducing device when the information different from the main information is not read out.
