PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device which can adjust impedance of a certain pad, without giving any influence to characteristics of the other pads or signal lines nor requiring design change of the basic layout. SOLUTION: In order to add a capacity to a noticeable pad 13a connected to the signal line 17a of a DRAM chip, conductor 14 for capacitor which is connected to the pad 13a is arranged around the pad 13a and a Vss conductor 15 is provided around the conductor 14 in the space between the conductor 14 and the pad 13a.
