PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system, an image reading device, and an image forming device, enabling productivity to be improved, by facilitating replacement of an illuminant (a lamp) and shortening the replacement time. SOLUTION: A lighting system 5 is equipped with support means 24, 28 for supporting opposite ends of an illuminant 10 and an optical base 14 provided with these support means 24, 28. At least, one of the support means 24, 28 for supporting the opposite ends of the illuminant 10 is disposed turnably relative to the optical base 14 so as to take up its first position allowing the illuminant 10 to be lighted and its second position allowing the illuminant 10 to be attached and detached. |
