PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armor body for a battery superior in electrolytic liquid resistance and a long term storage characteristic. SOLUTION: An armor body for a battery comprises a laminated film having at least three layers comprising an intermediate layer comprising a metal foil layer and inner and outer layers comprising polyolefine layers, and the laminated layer film is formed into three fold envelope-like so that an overlap portion is formed. By the thermal fusion of the overlap portion, the metal foil layer of an end portion is coated by the polyolefine layers, and sealing material covering the end portion is mounted on an upper portion and a bottom portion sealed by thermal fusion. |
