SOLUTION: An interference signal G is generated by an AND circuit 11, smoothed by a low-pass filter 12 and decoded by a compactor 13 later and a timing signal J is obtained. A switching instruction signal D is synchronized by a synchronizing circuit 8 and a switching signal E is obtained. While using the switching signal E, any one of first and second clocks A and B is outputted by a switching circuit 9.</p> |
