<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an exact time without being affected by a transmission delay. SOLUTION: In a computer having a function for correcting the time of the own computer as a reference time when one of the computer among the plural computers has in a computer system in which the plural computers are connected through a transmission line, this computer is provided with a transmission time measuring means 6 for measuring and holding the time when a frame is transmitted between the computers having the reference time, plural times, a discriminating means 8 for discriminating whether the difference of every transmission time measured by the transmission time measuring means 6 is within a preset range or not, a time information transmission requesting means 3 for urging the transmission of time information to the computer having the reference time when it is discriminated that the difference of every transmission time is within the preset range and a time calculating means 2 for calculating the time after being corrected from the time information transmitted in response to the request of the time information transmission requesting means 3 and the transmission time.</p> |
