<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous DC-to-DC converter of relatively a simple circuit constitution and moreover is possible of high-speed operation. SOLUTION: When a main switching element 1 is turned on, the signal of a logical value 'high' is outputted from a fourth comparator 18, and an RSFF (set reset flip flop) 22 is reset, and the gate of a switching element 6 for commutation is put in such a condition that the logical value is low, so that the switching element 6 for commutation is turned off. On the other hand, when the main switching element 1 is turned off, the signal of the logical value which is high is outputted from a third comparator 17, and the RSFF 22 is set, and the gate of the switching element 6 for commutation is put in such condition that the logical value is high, so the switching element 6 for commutation is turned off, and the main switching element 1 and the switching element 6 for commutation are alternately turned on and turned off.</p> |
