<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency composite circuit block which is able to prevent the interferences among plural circuit functions, and also to improve strength. SOLUTION: This high-frequency composite circuit block has an insulating substrate 1 where a plurality of insulating layers are stacked, and a plurality of circuit functions which are made within this insulating substrate 1, and a shield wall 17 for preventing the interference between the circuit functions X and Y is made in the direction of stacking of insulating layers, and the insulating substrate 1 is divided into plurality by the shield wall 17, and also the tip in the direction of the flank of the insulating substrate 1 of the shield wall 17 is made on the inner side than the flank of the insulating substrate 1. The interval (d) between the tip in the direction of the flank of the insulating substrate 1 of the shield wall 17 and the flank of the insulating substrate is made 0.1-1.0 mm.</p> |
