摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the intrusion of air bubbles into intermediate layers by forming these intermediate layers of plural UV curing type resin layers and executing a pressure bonding stage within a reduced pressure space. SOLUTION: A first light transparent substrate 1 in a cured state laminated and formed with a first reflection layer 2 and a protective layer 3 in a cured state and a second light transparent substrate 8 laminated and formed with a second reflection layer 7, a second protective layer 6 in a cured state and a second UV curing type resin layer 5 in an uncured state are arranged within a chamber 10 slightly apart from each other in such a manner that the first UV curing type resin layer 4 of the cured state and the second UV curing type resin layer 5 of the uncured state face each other. Next, the pressure in the chamber 40 is reduced down to a prescribed pressure and thereafter the first and second light transparent substrates l, 8 are superposed on each other and are temporally bonded. Next, the substrates is irradiated with UV rays to cure the first UV curing type resin layer 4. The air bubbles generated at the time of bonding by the leakage within the chamber 40 are crushed by the pressure difference between the atm. pressure and the reduced pressure space to the extent that the optical influence thereof is negligible.
