PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of preventing the image defect in consequence of the excessive discharge on the upstream side of a contact part in transferring, improving efficiency in transferring, increasing the absorption force for adsorbing a recording material, restraining the adsorbing force from deterioration under the high humidity environment, letting the processing stage for absorbing thick paper get along with once, and so on, by means of the electrification adopting an electrifying member of contact type electrifying means extending and coming into contact with an electrified material. SOLUTION: In this device, the contact type transfer electrifying means 30 is composed by mounting a blade 34 made of conductive plate as a transfer electrifying member on an electrode 32, the blade 34 extends toward a transfer drum 8, for instance, slanting from the upstream side to the downstream side in the moving direction of the transfer drum 8, and gets in touch with a photoreceptor drum 1 through the transfer drum 8 in an angular part on the upstream side of a tip. The device is allowed to make the tip angle of the angular part on the contact part of the blade 34 at the 130 angular degrees as the obtuse angle. Preferably, the device is allowed to furnish a coating layer 37 provided with the specific volume resistivity higher than the blade 34, in the vicinity of the contact part side on the blade 34. |
