PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply new knowledge to the relation between elements aligned in a matrix form by analyzing the relation between the elements by analyzing the relation by inputting and executing an analytic method for analyzing the relation. SOLUTION: An input part 1 such as keyboard or mouse inputs or selects various commands such as the program of the analytic method for data, the registration of the analytic method and the execution of analysis. An analytic method registering means 2a at a processing part 2 registers the program of the analytic method inputted by the input part 1 into an analytic method storage part 4b at a recording part 4 corresponding to the command. Then, a matrix analyzing means 2b executes the program of the analytic method inputted by the input part 1 or any program of the analytic method selected out of plural kinds registered in the analytic method storage part 4b and performs the rearrangement, grouping or summing-up of data showing the relation between the elements in the matrix or the preparation of a new matrix and the analyzed result is stored in an analyzed result storage part 4c at the storage part 4.
