PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form high-accuracy barrier ribs in a short process by including glass frit and a thermal decomposing adhesive at a specific ratio. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet contains 100 pts.wt. of glass frit and 10-100 pts.wt. of a thermal decomposition adhesive. The glass frit hardly causing strain due to a difference in thermal expansion coefficient from a back glass substrate at the time of baking and having a low melting point so that it can be baked at the temperature causing no deformation on the substrate can be used, e.g. PbO-B2 O3 -SiO2 glass. The thermal decompositing adhesive having proper adhesiveness to the back glass substrate and completely removed by thermal decomposition on the baking condition of the glass frit can be used, e.g. a polymer of methacrylate. The thickness of the adhesive sheet is set to 50-350μm, and a peeling film is preferably laminated on both faces, thereby workability is improved when the adhesive sheet is manufactured, stored, transported or stuck to the substrate.
