PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report the destination of transmission having a few number of times of use to a user, to call the alignment of an abbreviated dial and a one- action dial and to efficiently use these dials. SOLUTION: A dialing time storage part 23 stores how many times the dial number of each transmission destination registered in an abbreviated dial register part 21 and a one-action dial register part 22 is used for every prescribed period such as one year or a half yet. After the lapse of this prescribed period, the transmission destination, for which the number of times of use stored in the dialing time storage part 23 is less than the prescribed number of times, in the abbreviated dial register part 21 and the one-action dial register part 22 is detected by a system control part 1, and the list of the detected transmission destinations is printed out by a printer 5.
