PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel attachment structure which is able to keep the space between a panel cover and the inner face of the opening of a top cover always at a roughly equal interval at all times, and keep the favorable external appearance, and an image forming apparatus where the panel attachment structure is applied. SOLUTION: When it is arranged in such a condition that a top cover 23 covers a body frame 22, a positioning rib 46 for regulating the shifting of a panel cover 25 provided in the top cover 23 regulates the shifting of the panel cover 25 shiftably supported to the body frame 22. Thereby, it follows that the position of the top panel cover 25 is fixed first at this time within the opening 28 of the top cover 23. Accordingly, covering the body frame 22 with the top cover 23 will arrange the panel cover at a desired position at all times, even if the user does not strictly manage the dimension of each member. |
