SOLUTION: This device is provided with a serial I/O controller 521 for transmitting and receiving data through a network means 621. Whether or not the transmission path of the network means 621 is in a normal state is checked, and when any abnormality is detected, transmission are automatically re-transmitted to output units 650-652. |
