The caps (3) of the felt pens (6) are rectangular blocks with open ends (5) and closed rounded ends (7). The caps are linked together by a flexible cord (4). Each cap has a protrusion (8) which fits into a mating depression in the adjacent cap, when all caps are parallel. The required pen or pens are pivoted upwards into the raised position (A).
