Control device for injecting fuel into internal combustion engines

The control device comprises an operating state detection device for the engine, a fuel injection quantity determination device operating according to the detected state and an air/fuel ratio feedback correction device to correct the fuel injection pulse width according to feedback correction. The control device further comprises a pulse width lower limit determination device and a control device to execute a control which limits a pulse width correction change command to the pulse width which is effected by a correction according to the air/fuel ratio feedback correction, if the control of the lower pulse width limiting value is executed. An Independent claim is also included for the method of injecting fuel for detecting the engine operating condition.
