<p>A method is disclosed for configuring software to monitor, generate, acquire, collect, store and analyze PM data from telecommunication equipment, including the steps of maintaining a library of product-independent PM data processing modules maintaining product-dependent data relating selected ones of the processing modules with each of a plurality of telecommunication equipment systems, and generating PM software corresponding to one or more of the telecommunication equipment systems by assembling the processing modules in accordance with the product-dependent data.</p> |
