<p>Sustained release medicinal compositions of medicinally active ionic substances containing ionic compounds which are charged oppositely to the medicinally active ionic substances (excluding ionic prostanoic acid derivatives) and capable of elevating the hydrophobicity of the above substances. More particularly speaking, the above-mentioned ionic compounds are those each having a hydrophobic group in its molecule. These medicinal compositions can exert excellent and long-lasting effects regardless of the water-solubility of the medicinally active ionic substances.</p> |
