<p> A stable electrode material mixture for forming a positive electrode for use in nonaqueous batteries which contains as a binder a vinylidene fluoride polymer which is prevented from gelling; and a nonaqueous battery containing a positive electrode formed from the mixture. The vinylidene fluoride polymer may be a copolymer comprising at least 70 mol% vinylidene fluoride units and at least 0.5 mol% chlorotrifluoroethylene units.</p> |
