PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent burning of a cooking material and the occurrence of fatal damage due to extremely excessive heating by assembling a heat generation body of self temperature control type formed by assembling bimetal into an electricity conducting bottom member of a vessel main body to divide the bottom member electrically. SOLUTION: A vessel 10 consists of a vessel body 11 and a heat generation body 12 attached to a bottom part of the vessel body 11. The vessel body 11 is formed like a bowl by an insulation material such as glass, and the heat generation body 12 is formed into a shallow plate adapted to a lower part of the vessel body 11. The whole periphery of an upper part of the vessel body 11 is joined to the lower part thereof in a watertight manner, and they are assembled integrally to form a bottom part. The heat generation body 12 is formed like a belt, is assembled into a bottom member, and is arranged so as to divide the bottom member into a plurality of parts. A plurality of bimetals are combined, formed like a belt plate, and connected in the heat generation body 12. When the vessel 10 is put on an induction cookwear E and is heated up to a predetermined temperature, the bimetals are deformed downward to suppress heat generation and stop heating of cooking contents. |
