The arrangement has a window panel (2) which can slide in at least one guide (4,5), and a command generator for the sliding motion. A vibration generator (9), which generates relative vibrations between the panel and the guide which facilitate the sliding motion, is coupled to the command generator so that this triggers a vibration generation immediately before the sliding motion.
