A blow molding device and method, the blow molding device comprising: (a) an extruder extruding by melting m (m>/=1) kinds of resin; (b) a multi-layer die head having annular resin flow paths forming n (n</=m) layers of multi-layer parison, into at least one of the flow paths two different melt resins being introduced; and (c) a pair of molds for forming a blow molding cavity, characterized in that a plurality of heating medium flow paths disposed adjacent to the surface of the cavity and in the form of parallel circuits are respectively connected with an inlet collection pipe and an outlet collection pipe to which a high-temperature heating medium supply device and a low-temperature heating supply device are connected via a switching valve so that the high-temperature heating medium or the low-temperature heating medium is selectively passed through the heating medium flow path in the mold by switching the switching valve, thereby switching a cavity surface temperature to a high or low level in a short time.
