Gear elements (3) cooperate on one side with the winder shaft (2), and on the other side with moving parts (4), in the form of rails (12) or flexible pulleys (10), fixed at the sides and crosswise to the ends of the winder shaft. The gear elements consist of gear wheels (8) whose axles (9) are axially parallel or coaxial with the axle (7) of the winder shaft. The gear wheels cooperate directly or indirectly radially with the moving parts. The gear wheels and moving parts are contained in a housing (11).
