A vehicle 10a has at least three wheels including a pair of axially spaced wheels 15a, 20a and a single wheel steerable wheel 25a, the single wheel 25a being driven by an electric motor 70a. The electric motor is either mounted behinde the steering axis or is mounted on the hub of the steerable wheel 25a.
