<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical simple air conditioning house which is safe on a disaster prevention by a simple facility. SOLUTION: This simple air conditioning house is composed of water supply pipes 3, 31 for sprinkling the sucked up ground water to a roof surface, a draining pipe 51 for draining the sprinkled ground water to an under floor through a downspout and a water tank floor 6 for circulating the ground water drained to the under floor. Water supply holes are provided on the water supply pipe 31 for sprinkling to the roof surface at a prescribed interval and the water tank floor 6 for circulating the ground water is composed of flat plates having reverse slope alternately, joists for dividing the flat plates and a frame material for forming the outline of the water tank floor.</p> |
