PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a conductor to securely abut on splenius on the neck for low frequency therapy. SOLUTION: This low frequency therapeutic device comprises a pair of conductors 1, 1 to be in contact with a human body and a support 2 to keep the distance between both conductors 1, 1 constant. The above mentioned distance is matched with the gap of splenius, 70±10 mm. When the conductors 1, 1 are to be adhered on the neck part of a human body, the conductors 1, 1 are brought in touch with splenius by adhering a pair of conductors 1, 1 centering on the spine.
