PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an retrieving device for an object to be retrieved capable of easily retrieving objects to be retrieved on which a noncontact ID unit is attached easily from a plurality of racks for outputting by selecting and displaying the noncontact ID unit by a transmission from a transmitter. SOLUTION: A retrieving device compares each of different identification codes of a plurality of ID units 33 with an identification code of a retrieval data from a transmitter, identifies, and displays an identified ID unit 33 externally. It comprises a transmitter capable of inputting output data having an identification code by an input operation of keys 331, a receiver 32 which receives, reads, and decodes retrieval data from the transmitter, and supplies power to a loop antenna 324 installed internally on each rack stage 341 of a storing box 34, and a plurality of ID units 33... which is powered inside the loop antenna 324 of the receiver 32 and compares and identifies different identification codes from each other for flashing a LED 331.
