PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate dependence on ability, experience, skill, etc., by a worker, to that polishing work can be easily accurately and safely performed by any person. SOLUTION: On a base plate 7, a slide plate 10 which slides in a running direction of a cutter 1 is mounted through a tension/compression first elastic member 9, and in a tip end side upper part of this slide plate 10, a grinding wheel hold plate 12 which slides in a direction orthogonal to the slide plate 10 is mounted through a second elastic member 13 of elastic force higher than the first elastic member 9. In this grinding wheel hole plate 12, one end side of a cord-shaped member 16 is connected, while the other end side of the cord- shaped member 16 is connected to an operating handle 17 through a guide member 15 provided in the base plate 7. |
