MOTOR-DRIVEN KITCHEN KNIFE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a kitchen knife self-standable with a simple structure and to prevent the damage of a blade and a table in the state of being erected on the table. SOLUTION: This motor-driven kitchen knife cuts food by connecting the blade 2 to the tip of a main body housing 5 and moving the blade 2 back and forth. The main housing 5 is provided with a stand leg 6 projected from a bottom surface near the side of the blade 2 from a centroid. The stand leg 6 makes the main body housing 5 self-stand in an erected posture. In the state of making the main body housing 5 self-stood on the table 7 by the stand leg 6, the front part of the main body housing 5 is lifted and the blade 2 is separated from the table 7.
