PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position and hold a variety kinds of works by providing a movable base having a positioning means for work by numerical control and changeable in the relative position with a fixed base. SOLUTION: When an angled work WQ (W) such as a wheel house of automobile part is positioned and held, a movable base 20 is situated in a position Q (0 deg.<θ<180 deg.) stored for the angled work by the operation of a servo drive part 30. A positioning hole Wh for the angled work WQ placed extending over a fixed base 10 and the movable base 20 is fitted and fixed to the locate pin 3 of each numerically controlled locator 2A. When a square work such as a hood of automobile part is positioned and held, the movable base 20 is situated in a position stored for the square work by the drive of the servo drive part 30.
