PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible the setting of a plurality of ring materials in a condition held rotatable by a roller, so as to prevent mutual interference. SOLUTION: A device is provided with a polishing machine 2 rotated by a rotary mechanism, fixed plate 4 having a hold hollow part 5 supported to be inserted in a condition positioned upward of the polishing machine 2 to be constituted as a shape with this hold hollow part 5 combining a plurality of circular hollow parts 7 in a position dislocated from the center of the polishing machine 3, and a turn jig 6 having a hold hollow part 9 fitted to the circular hollow part 7 of the fixed plate 4 in a turnable condition to fit a ring material 8 in the inside turnably. A center position of the hold hollow part 9 of the turn jig 6, from a center position of its peripheral surface, is eccentrically placed. |
