PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat resistive sliding layer having high heat resistance and a head cleaning property simultaneously by being formed on a cured substance mainly obtained from a curable resin in its heat resistive sliding layer and a heat softening resin incompatible with this. SOLUTION: A heat softening resin added to a curable resin is incompatible, so that high local density areas of heat softening resin tend to exist independently each other and form a sea-island structure. An insular noncontinuous area is phase isolation being in the range that can be observed by the use of an optical microscope. The configuration of the insular area of heat softening resin is circle. Also, the maximum diameter is preferable to be 0.1-20 μm, and further, 0.05-20 μm in terms of a head cleaning property. Furthermore, a mixing weight ratio between curable resin and heat softening resin being incompatible with this is preferably used in the range of 98/2-70/30 (curable resin/heat softening resin). |
