摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously satisfy reduction of a cutting margin in cutting a roughly formed material having a bent body part and a die cost, facilitating automatic transfer, production in a high dimensional precision and securing a product cost. SOLUTION: A finish process is done by a finish forging die 10 having a forming face 10c recessed in a third axial direction L3 parallel to a pressing direction. A work 8 before bending, an unbent main body part W3 has a center axial line 0 parallel to a first axial line L1. A forging die 11 for bending in a bending process has a bending face PL1 with inclining a die split face PL and conducts bending while positioning at least one end part of a main body part W3 not bent. Bending can be done by a single press machine with reducing a ruggedness quantity of a series of die faces.
