PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer pipe for a condenser capable of obtaining good heat transfer performance. SOLUTION: A plurality of fins 1 are provided on the outer surface of a pipe main body 3. The fins 1 are provided with first grooves 5 for dividing the top parts thereof along the direction parallel to the fins 1 and second grooves 2 for a dividing the fins 1 in the longitudinal direction thereof. Accordingly, the head parts of the fins 1 are formed in shapes branching in two directions in sections perpendicular to the fins 1. Further, the second grooves 2 are provided, go that the fins 1 are divided into a plurality of protruding parts 4 in sections parallel to the fins 1. Angleθformed by both side surfaces 2a of the second groove 2 is 55 deg. or smaller.
