PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a sufficient anti-static function while preventing the deterioration in low rolling resistance and uneven wear by providing a specific amount of a plurality of dispersed punctuated anti-static layers composed of a conductive rubber composition in the tread, and by having the tread formed from a specific electrical resistance low conductive composition. SOLUTION: The tread 1 is provided with a center rib 3 divided by a plurality of main grooves 2 extending in the peripherally around the tire, a second rib 4, and a shoulder rib 5. This type of tread 1 is formed of a low conductive rubber composition having an electrical resistance of 10<7> to 10<9>Ω.am that is combined with a non-conductive reinforcement filler such as silica. Also, a plurality of anti-static layers 7 composed of a conductive rubber composition having an electrical resistance of 10<2> to 10<6>Ω.cm which is combined with a conductive reinforcement filling such as carbon black is provided in a dispersed manner around the tire and cross-wise thereof discontinuously, punctuated in the tread. The anti-static layer 7 are provided in the area ranging from 5 to 20% of the surface area of the tread 1.
