摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small handy optical machine that performs optical machining by emitting an optical flux with a lighting system from a light source to a first mask having an opening for limiting a machining area and then emitting the optical flux that passed the first mask to a workpiece with a projecting system through a second mask having a prescribed pattern. SOLUTION: A laser beam emitted from a laser source 1 is adjusted for a proper divergent angle and size by a beam expander 2 and then guided to a lighting system 4 by an optical fiber array 3. The lighting system 4 nuiformizes the illuminance distribution of the laser beam and emits it to a first mask 5. The first mask 5 has a mask pattern 5a and segments the light of the area prescribing the number and length of the flow passage for machining a workpiece 8. The segmented laser beam is projected to a second mask 7 by a projecting system 6. The second mask 7 has a mask pattern for abrasion machining by proxy form for individual flow passage shapes, and machines the area segmented by the first mask 5.</p>
