<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a harmful substance efficiently with respect to energy while detoxifying the same. SOLUTION: This method comprises an adsorption step of adsorbing a harmful substance from a harmful substance containing gas by an adsorbent 1a for condensation, a desorption step of desorbing the condensed harmful substance from the adsorbent 1a and a detoxification step of detoxifying the harmful substance desorbed from the adsorbent in a closed circulation passage 4. In this case, a plurality of gas adsorption sections 1 provided therein with the adsorbent 1a capable of adsorbing and desorbing the harmful substance are provided and a gas passage 2 and a passage switch part 3 capable of selectively switching flow of harmful substance containing gas is provided in part of the gas adsorption sections and a gas circulation section 4 for allowing the desorption object harmful substance to flow from the gas adsorption section is provided in part or all of the remains of the gas desorption sections 1. A detoxification device 5 for detoxifying the harmful gas is provided in the gas circulation section 4.</p> |
