PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cardboard cushion which can reliably hold an article whose end face is curved. SOLUTION: A pair of holding members 9 are formed inside an end cushion board 7 by cutting from an inner bottom member 1 to both internal walls 2, and the holding members 9 comprise an end plate 12 interposed between a pair of coupling pieces 11 connected with the respective internal walls 2 via a slant crease 12. The coupling piece 11 is extended along the internal wall 2 and also the end plate 12 is made to stand against the inner bottom member 1 to form a storage recess A of an article inside the holding member 9. An end face of the article inserted into the storage recess A comes into contact with the end plate 12, which suppresses movement of the article, so that an article having a curved end plate can be reliably held in a constant position. |
