PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation transmission device of simple constitution capable of connecting a driven shaft to a drive shaft in an attachable/detachable manner, and preventing generation of irregular rotation of the driven shaft. SOLUTION: Transmission pins 14, 24 to transmit the rotation are projected on surfaces opposite to a coupling member 10 fitted to a roller shaft 1 as a driven shaft and a coupling member 20 fitted to a motor shaft 2 as a drive shaft at the position offset from the axes. A positioning block 15 is provided on the coupling member 10 on the roller shaft 1 side in an advancing/retracting manner to/from the coupling member 20 on the motor shaft 2 side, and a transmission pin 24 on the coupling member 20 side is held between the positioning block 15 and the transmission pin 14.
