PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector of excellent workability enabling any worker to correctly operate the necessary rotation of a clip in the case of pulling out an insert- fitted pipe body by the rotating operation of the clip without a hindrance to insert- fitting of the pipe body. SOLUTION: A connector 1 comprises a body 10 having a hose connecting part 11 and a pipe body insert part 12, and a clip 20 fittingly fixed to a clip fitting-fixing part 15 at the outer periphery of the pipe body insert part 12 so as to fasten a pipe body inserted in the pipe body insert part 12. The inner peripheral surface of the clip 20 has locking claws 22 protruded into the pipe body insert part 12 through a fastening hole 16 of the clip fitting-fixing part 15 so as to lock the pipe body. The locking claws 22 are so constituted as to allow the insertion of the pipe body while preventing the pipe body from slipping off and to retreat from the pipe body insert part 12 by diameter enlarging operation based on the rotation of the clip 20 so as to be able to detach the pipe body. Rotation regulating means 18, 23 allowing rotation between a position where the locking claws 22 of the clip 20 lock the pipe body and a position where the pipe body can be detached and the clip is returned into the diameter contracted state by elasticity are provided between the clip 20 and the body 10. |
