PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic bath which can generate weakly acidic electrolytic water of pH 5-7 containing hypochlorous acid and produces alkali electrolytic water of pH at the highest 10 which is to be discarded. SOLUTION: This bath is provided with an anode plate 11 and a cathode plate 12 which are installed closely and in parallel to each other without placing a diaphragm between them, water passage 21 formed between the electrodes, an acidic electrolytic water discharge opening 3 communicating with the downstream end of the water passage, an alkaline electrolytic water discharge opening 2 communicating with a slit 30 formed perpendicularly to the water passage direction on the cathode plate facing the downstream part of the water passage. The slit is formed over a part of the width of the water passage. |
