PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the elastic mortar molding especially useful as a coating/ heat accumulating material of a heater for melting snow, a rust preventing/non- skid material. etc., including a vibration insulating.sound insulating material of a floor and a stair. SOLUTION: 100 pts.wt. (expressed in terms of solid content) polymer emulsion consisting essentially of acrylate as a monomer component, 100-300 pts.wt. inorg. filler and 50-150 pts.wt. hydraulic material are incorporated, and the amount of a surfactant to be used at the time of polymerizing the polymer emulsion is set to a trace amount of 0.4 PHR, particle size is set to 1000-3000Åand glass transition temp. is set to -15 to -70 deg.C. |
