PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise mechanical physical properties, heat resistance, fire retardance, and chemical resistance while adhesion and adherence are excellent by bonding an epoxy based resin body to a molded product wherein a resin composition in which epoxidized diene based block copolymer is blended by a specific ratio in polyarylene sulfide resin, is molded. SOLUTION: A resin composition molded product wherein 1 to 50 pts.wt. of epoxidized diene based block copolymer is blended with 100 pts.wt. of polyarylene sulfide(PAS) resin, is bonded with an epoxy based resin body. As the PAS resin, copolymer is sometimes preferable in addition to homopolymer from the point of processability of the composition. Further, the epoxidized diene based block copolymer is obtained by allowing block copolymer or partially hydrogenated block copolymer to react with an epoxidizinbg agent such as preparing acid or the like in inert solvent. For the method for preparing the resin composition, there are a method of preparing a pellet with an extruder after mixing respective constituents, a method of molding by mixing pellets of different compositions, or the like. |
