PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the rain water that has entered a duct from leaking indoors, when the duct is opened through an external wall to be set, at the time of measuring the ventilation of a building. SOLUTION: A through hole 1a is formed in an external wall 1. Into this through hole 1a, the large bore part 2a of a tubular body 2 that increases the bore from one side to the other side is threaded toward the outdoor side to be fixed. The small bore part 2b of the tubular body 2 is protruded to the indoor side to connect with a duct 4, and an aluminum tape 5 is wound around the connected location to impart air tightness. A gap between the through hole 1a and the tubular body 2 is shielded by packing 3. It is preferable to use a through member that has a flange welded to the predetermined location of the outer periphery of the tubular body 2, and the through member that integrally forms the tubular part with the flange out of a synthetic resin. |
